Their land lies in the countryside among land marks such as the 'Battle of Canne', Sant'Antonio a Callano, Masseria Perazzo and the vicinale Santissimo. This Mono-varietal "Coratina" is a light and clear green. It satisfies the nose with definite, full and attractive fragrances of fresh olives, fresh cut grass, artichokes and almonds. Has a harmonious clean taste on the palate with the bitter and spicy flavors balancing each other. Noted for its fluidity, dynamic development, rich yet delicate and silky texture. This olive oil leaves the palate with a soft and spicy bitter almond finish.
