Extra Virgin Olive Oil Produced in Apulia Italy from 100% Coratina Olives 'Monocultivar'

Clear yellow-gold oil with reflective green flecks. Has a medium-intense scent, fruity with fresh vegetable and almond notes. Has a harmonious clean taste on the palate with the bitter and spicy flavors balancing each other. Flavor notes of artichoke, grass and herbs. This olive oil leaves the palate with a soft and spicy bitter almond finish.

Try it drizzled over vegetables cooked or raw, in pasta dishes with vegetables like cauliflower, pork dishes or with legumes like chick peas.
