Cannensi olive oil
Olive oil is in the "Guida Agli Extravergine 2009" Slow Food®
The “coratina” is an olive tree of Apulian origin that is able to adapt itself to the callused and stony fields in the area. From this tree the highest quality of olive is produced. The most distinctive feature of the ‘coratina’ selected by Cannensi is the low acidity and the high content of phonolic substances. That ensures a long shelf life as well many health benefits.
Features of selection of Cannensi
This variety of "Coratina" of a light and clear green satisfies the nose with definite and attractive fragrances of olive, just cut grass, artichoke and almond-tree. It's a real pleasure for the palate, for its fluidity, dynamic development, wealth of delicate and silky texture, whole harmony exalted by vivacity and freshness sensations favoured by bitter and hot tones in a perfect equilibrium. Final, persistent and sumptuous.
